1:1 Sessions
I work with women who desire to feel balanced, energized, and joyful in their everyday lives. My sessions combine intuitive wisdom with clinical knowledge to holistically address each client’s needs through a blend of herbalism recommendations, somatic meditation and breathing, and other mindfulness practices.
Each session is tailored to the particular client, with sessions focusing on a variety of topics ranging from nervous system regulation, heart medicine healing, career and life transitions, reclaiming personal creativity, self-love cultivation.
Through working together, we help to quiet the anxiety, stress, and insecurities that prevent you from listening to and following your own intuitive knowing about what will be most nourishing for you. You will leave our sessions feeling clear and empowered about how you can integrate herbs and wellness practice into your daily life in a way that is accessible yet powerful, allowing you to thrive physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
