I create a safe container for one-on-one sessions both in-person and online. Together, we will create a unique set of practices for you to weave into your daily life for more ease, integration, and balance. We can incorporate meditation, cacao, herbalism, sound and somatic movement.

1:1 Cacao Meditation

Deepen your relationship with the medicine of cacao in a private cacao meditation ceremony. This space can be tailored to your needs. It can be a gentle introduction to the medicine of cacao or you can come with a specific point of tension or misalignment for us to work through together.

$110 for 60-75 minute session.

Private Group Cacao Ceremony

Book a private 90-120 minute cacao ceremony for you and up to 15 other individuals to connect with the medicine of the Earth and activate your heart center. This ceremony will be a holistic integration of meditation, sound, somatic movement, and heart sharing.
